living in the now

We have a tendency in this busy modern life, to forget to breathe out
From the moment that we take our first breath, to the moment we don't
We are busy breathing in all the impressions that come streaming towards us
Weather you are a child, a young student, a wife, a Mother, a Grandmother
A lot of searching goes on to find the meaning of life
I have found that the very best thing to do is
To stop searching and live in the now
Being content with who you are today
Do not worry about your looks, your weight, your untidy house etc
Do worry  about what might happen tomorrow
Live in the now
Live for today

  1. I loved this post. However, I've always needed to work now for a better tomorrow. Fun is something I might meet occasionally....

  6. So true, it's hard to breathe when we get so busy isn't it. And I try to keep it simple. I do know what the meaning to life is, atleast I have my truth in that. I am so grateful I don't have to search for it and I know why I am here :)
