She is busy in the woods gathering wood and caring for her children

My we are busy Mother's aren't we

Sweeping the path 

There is always sweeping to be done

I have just finished this large Mother Earth 

She stands 10 inches high

I think she is rather nice

Soft Earth Seed Babies

These little seeds I spotted in my garden

They are soon going to fall deep into the bosom of Mother Earth

She will care for them, until the warm rays of Spring Sun touch the Earth again

Busy in the garden

It was a warm day
The golden rays of Sister Sun shone down on Mother Earth
The Softearth lady put on her hat
She collected her spade from the garden shed
And went out into the cabbage patch
She loved being outside in the fresh air
And growing vegetables for her family to eat
The rhythm of the seasons were a joy to her
She always thanked Mother Earth,Sister Sun and Father Moon
For their help in providing such a bountiful harvest

Whispers in the garden

One morning I went out into my garden
I was looking at the last of the colorful poppy flowers
Their petals had fallen to Mother Earth
I heard someone whispering
There much to my amazement
Hidden amongst the poppy flower heads
Stood a little poppy child
She did look beautiful
All dressed in Grey, with a little cap on her head
Every morning I would go out into my garden and talk to her
She told me many wonderful things about what was happening in my garden
I listened well to her expert knowledge

Earth Element

We stand on Mother Earth
We stand on solid ground
Underneath our feet is a living breathing world
Running rich in pure elements
Running rich in minerals
Energies that come from its warm core
Radiating upward
To warm our lives
To help us stand firm
To help us stand tall

Awake,Awake

Awake,awake little green shoot child
Awake to greet the Spring
You have been deep asleep within Mother Earth
You have been gathering all the minerals and energies needed for new growth
Push up,break through Mother Earths solid mantel
Now it is time to greet the Spring
Breathe in the fresh, clean air
Sway in her gentle breezes
Taste the light Spring rain
Feel the warmth of the Spring sun on your face
Awake, awake little green shoot child
Awake to greet the spring

Mother Earth and her babies

Deep underground Mother Earth leaned on her broom and gazed down at the sleeping babies
She was pleased that they would sleep through the harsh winter days
Which were fill of blizzards and snow storms.
She would wake them when the first warm rays of spring sunlight touched the surface above her
How happy they would be, to go up into the spring meadow and smell the fresh spring air
