Whispers in the garden

One morning I went out into my garden
I was looking at the last of the colorful poppy flowers
Their petals had fallen to Mother Earth
I heard someone whispering
There much to my amazement
Hidden amongst the poppy flower heads
Stood a little poppy child
She did look beautiful
All dressed in Grey, with a little cap on her head
Every morning I would go out into my garden and talk to her
She told me many wonderful things about what was happening in my garden
I listened well to her expert knowledge

cool evenings

Today was warmish, it is evening now and the day has become cooler. The wind has dropped and the early evening is still, and quiet. Dinner is over and the garden has been watered. I am thinking about birds, rainbow birds, I have come up with this idea, I have put them on etsy, have a look. "Happy days" cheers
