Flying high



What adventures this little blue gnome will have
Setting sail in his big balloon
Flying high over the land
Drifting on the air currents
Surveying all he sees
Oh sometimes I wish I could sail in a balloon
High up in the sky

    Here I was, taking a nice break from editing and "formatting" whatever that means, and enjoying your latest photos...and a very pertinent comment pops up from you! So I'll leave my happy trip into New Zealand beauty and art and go back and fix my oops.

    The balloon is marvelous, I have to make one of these, is the pattern yours? I love the new Kiwi group of crafters, was just visiting that site as well. So sorry I missed the givaway, I will post something about the new site anyway, lovely stuff!

    Thank you for your lovely comment on my blog. Adore the blue gnome in the bright red balloon. I rather liked the idea that it talked to me of the winter blues and hunting in the sky for the warmth of the sun.
