Mother and Daughter walking together

My daughter has left home
She has gone out into the world
Children must leave their parents and journey on alone
Today I made this picture
I was thinking of my daughter
Here we are together, walking, talking
She has made a wreath for her hair with pink blossom flowers
She has placed some blossoms in my basket, to decorate the dinner table tonight
This will make her Father smile.

Cheers Marie

  6. That is a beautiful piece of art. Love the words. My elder daughter has left home, but she visits every week with her own son, and we walk and talk and smile. Blessings x
