Scenic Native Reserve

Yesterday my head needed to be cleared and refreshed

So off I went with my daughter into a local Native New Zealand Reserve

A 10 minute drive away from my home

The smell off the forest floor, the many colours of green

Filled my senses and I came away 

With a feeling of peace and wonderment at Mother Nature's bounty

Covered with Gnomes, trees, and magic

Out with the old and in with the new.
The new year has dawned
The sun shone on my home, my family and my friends.
