Enchanting Early Autumn

There is something rather special about Early Autumn

The leaves are just starting to fall
Even in the Enchanted Forest, Mother's still hold their babies tightly in their arms
These two Acorn Families are a custom order for a New Zealand Client
I think they are rather neat,
It always amazes me, that even though they do not have eyes,  love still shines out.

A Delightful Treasure Box

Sometimes when I sit down at my table and start creating, I am not always sure what the end result will be
I was very pleased with this lovely treasure box, I think the colors are rather nice
It is for a young ladies 16th birthday gift

SPRING - THE SEED OF LIFE

The Gnomes had protected the little seeds deep within Mother Earth all Winter long
When the first warming rays of Spring Sunshine appeared,
they pushed the seeds up
The Spring fairy guided the little seeds,
enfolding them in her green gown and warming yellow arms
Watching them while they grew
How busy the fairies are in Springtime

I made these Spring fairies for all my Northern Hemispere friends,

Where there is darkness,light

I made this picture years ago, and it sits above my bed
I do love the words "Where there is darkness, light
Where there is despair, hope.
A lot of people in blog land,  have darkness and despair in their lives
I hope that they might look upon this lovely picture and gain light and hope.

Love, light and hope,  Marie

Wild Peaches

Someone approximately 30 years was maybe having a picnic on the banks of this local river, which is near my home. They threw away the peach stone, and it started to grow. I have been busy  preserving peaches from this tree.
Being wild they are delicious, maybe it is an old strain, it is untouched by sprays, and hard to spot from the road. I left enough for other people who might enjoy them as well.
