Gaining strength takes time, we all start out as Princesses, with beautiful long flowing locks
And as we get older every day, we are able to stand more firmly on Mother Earth
There comes a time when we feel able to adorn an endurance hat
We wear this for many more years, then suddenly it starts to curl
It enfolds us, we feel strong
Not only in our mind and body, but also in our will
This gives us strength and empowerment
